The Abbott RVT Wolverines prevailed the visiting Wamogo Warriors volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league test.
The Wolverines now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Goodwin Tech for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 11. Abbott RVT will confront a Gladiators team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Prince RVT (Hartford, CT). The Gladiators record now stands at 6-5.
The Warriors (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Gilbert (Winsted, CT). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Gilbert dropped by Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT), 3-0, in a league test.
