The Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Pirate volleyball team (Henderson, NV), was edged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Bonanza Bengals (Las Vegas, NV)

The Bengals (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Boulder City (Boulder City, NV). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 14-7 record. In their last challenge, Boulder City nudged Chaparral (Las Vegas, NV), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pirate encounter the Del Sol Dragons (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 7. Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon will attempt to move on its 8-12 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 3-17 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to McQueen (Reno, NV).
