The Iola Bulldogs prevailed the visiting Mumford Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 40-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centerville for a 2A Region III District 22 test on Tuesday, October 10. Iola will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Lovelady (Lovelady, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 15-15.
The Mustangs (24-10) will now prepare for their test against Burton (Burton, TX). The Panthers enter the 2A Region IV District 25 test with a 25-16 record. In their last test, Burton dropped by Milano (Milano, TX), 3-2, in a league test.
