Colorado High School Volleyball - South Park over Mountain Valley

South Park Burros (Fairplay, CO) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Mountain Valley Wolves (Saguache, CO), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Burros clash with the Trinidad Miners (Trinidad, CO) in a 2A Southern Peaks match, on Saturday, October 7. South Park will attempt to advance on its 1-12 season record. The Miners come into the match with a 13-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Dolores Huerta Prep (Pueblo, CO).

With the loss, Mountain Valley drops to 0-14 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Centennial (San Luis, CO) to clash with the Rams in a 1A Southern Peaks match on Friday, October 13. The Rams come into the match with a record of 0-11. Centennial lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Creede (Creede, CO)
