The Riverdale Rebels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs to 0 in the Rebels non-league victory on Friday.

The Rebels now have a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ursuline Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, October 7. Riverdale will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA). The Lions record now stands at 7-13.

The Bulldogs (5-8) will now prepare for their game against John Ehret (Marrero, LA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 12-6 record. In their last game, John Ehret dropped by Frederick A. Douglass (New Orleans, LA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
