In Friday's non-league battle, the host Pleasantville Greyhounds volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Triton Mustangs.
The Greyhounds (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Absegami (Galloway, NJ). The Braves come into the Cape/Atlantic battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Absegami lost by Our Lady of Mercy Academy (Newfield, NJ), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Mustangs encounter the Winslow Township Eagles (Atco, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 9. Triton will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record.
