The Queen Anne's County Lions walloped the visiting Kent County Trojans football team by a score of 56-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions face the Easton Warriors (Easton, MD) in a Class 2A1A East challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Queen Anne's County will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 5-0 record after their 42-0 non-league win over Bennett (Salisbury, MD).
With the defeat, Kent County drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Cambridge-South Dorchester (Cambridge, MD) to meet the Vikings in a Class 1A East test on Friday, October 10. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Cambridge-South Dorchester lost 38-28 in their recent league challenge against Colonel Richardson (Federalsburg, MD)
