In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Satellite Scorpions volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Cocoa Beach Minutemen.

With the win, Satellite improves its record to 13-1 on the season. The Scorpions host Eau Gallie (Melbourne, FL) to face the Commodores in a test on Wednesday, October 8. The Commodores go into the test with a record of 0-4. Eau Gallie lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Brevard HEAT (Palm Bay, FL)

The Minutemen now have a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Space Coast for a challenge on Wednesday, October 8. Cocoa Beach will meet a Vipers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Brevard HEAT (Palm Bay, FL). The Vipers record now stands at 9-5.
