The Decatur Seahawks soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Parkside Rams to 1 in the Seahawks non-league victory on Monday.
The Seahawks now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Easton for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 8. Decatur will face a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Bennett (Salisbury, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.
The Rams (6-1) will now prepare for their game against North Caroline (Ridgely, MD). The Bulldogs come into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, North Caroline was nipped by Kent Island (Stevensville, MD), 2-1, in a non-league game.
