The Aurora West College Prep Academy Spartans soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Sheridan Rams to 1 in the Spartans non-league victory on Monday.
The Spartans now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Loveland Classical for a 3A/2A Foothills challenge on Wednesday, October 8. Aurora West College Prep Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 7-4 league win over William Smith (Aurora, CO). The Lions record now stands at 5-4.
The Rams (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against The Pinnacle (Federal Heights, CO). The Timberwolves enter the 3A/2A Frontier contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, The Pinnacle held off Jefferson (Edgewater, CO), 5-1, in a league contest.
