In Monday's non-league outing, the host Whitman Vikings soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Einstein Titans.
The Vikings (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Northwest (Germantown, MD). The Jaguars come into the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Northwest was tipped by Blair (Silver Spring, MD), 1-0, in a non-league test.
The Titans now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bethesda-Chevy Chase for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8. Einstein will clash with a Barons team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Barons record now stands at 2-7.
