The Elida Bulldogs soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Riverdale Falcons to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Memorial for a Western Buckeye game on Thursday, October 9. Elida will face a Roughriders team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Maumee Valley Country Day (Toledo, OH). The Roughriders record now stands at 11-2.
The Falcons (3-13) will now prepare for their game against Woodmore (Elmore, OH). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, Woodmore was overwhelmed by Clyde (Clyde, OH), 2-1, in a non-league game.
