In Monday's non-league test, the Owensville Dutchmen (Owensville, MO) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cuba Wildcats (Cuba, MO), by a tally of 16-1.

Next, the Dutchmen meet the South Callaway Bulldogs (Mokane, MO) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 7. Owensville will attempt to advance on its 3-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 1-6 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Fayette (Fayette, MO).

The Wildcats (0-8) will now prepare for their bout against Richland (Richland, MO). The Bears go into the Class 2 District 11 bout with a 0-1 record.
