Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host El Paso-Gridley Titans (El Paso, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bloomington Central Catholic improves its record to 20-4 on the season. The Saints travel to St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL) to face the Sabers in a Illini Prairie challenge on Tuesday, October 7. The Sabers come into the challenge with a record of 16-7.
