Cherokee County Warriors (Centre, AL) boosters left the game pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Spring Garden Panthers (Spring Garden, AL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors (37-8) will now prepare for their challenge against White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Wildcats come into the 4A Area 12 challenge with a 10-19 record.
Next, the Panthers meet the Glencoe Yellowjackets (Glencoe, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Spring Garden will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 23-13 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL).
