With the win, Tremont improves its record to 13-13 on the season. The Turks host Tri-Valley (Downs, IL) to face the Vikings in a Heart of Illinois test on Tuesday, October 7. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 15-6. Tri-Valley lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Mattoon (Mattoon, IL)

Next, the Maroons meet the Warrensburg-Latham Cardinals (Warrensburg, IL) in a Central Illinois challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 8-17 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 20-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Pana (Pana, IL).
