The Indianapolis Shortridge Blue Devils volleyball squad (Indianapolis, IN), was edged 3-2 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN)

With the win, Decatur Central improves its record to 4-18 on the season. The Hawks host Speedway (Speedway, IN) to encounter the Sparkplugs in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Sparkplugs go into the battle with a record of 4-17. Speedway lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Monrovia (Monrovia, IN)

Next, the Blue Devils battle the Purdue Poly Englewood (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 16. Indianapolis Shortridge will attempt to move on its 9-11 season record. The enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Indianapolis Shortridge (Indianapolis, IN).
