In Monday's league test, the host Hopkins Hilltoppers volleyball squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Hamden Hall Country Day Hornets.

With the win, Hopkins advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to King (Stamford, CT) to face the Vikings in a NEPSAC test on Saturday, October 25. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 9-0.

The Hornets now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rye Country Day for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8. Hamden Hall Country Day will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to King (Stamford, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.
