In Monday's league match, the Lake-Lehman Knights (Lehman, PA) volleyball squad overcame the host MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the Pittston Patriots (Pittston, PA) in a Wyoming Valley match, on Tuesday, October 7. Lake-Lehman will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record.

The (5-11) will now prepare for their match against Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA). The Cougars come into the Wyoming Valley bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Hazleton Area fell by Greater Nanticoke Area (Nanticoke, PA), 3-1, in a league bout.
