In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Laurel Bulldogs.
The Sabres (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against The Gunston School (Centreville, MD). The Herons come into the challenge with a 13-1 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Polytech for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. Laurel will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Seaford (Seaford, DE). The Panthers record now stands at 5-4.
