North Carolina High School Volleyball - Metrolina Christian Academy tips Union Academy

October 6, 2025: Monroe, NC 28110

In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Union Academy Cardinals.

The Warriors (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC). The Eagles enter the NCISAA Metrolina Athletic challenge with a 4-9 record. In their last challenge, SouthLake Christian Academy was tipped by Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC) in a Yadkin Valley 2A/3A test, on Tuesday, October 7. Union Academy will attempt to improve on its 17-4 season record. The Cavaliers go into the test with a 4-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to North Stanly (New London, NC).
