In Monday's non-league match, the Shawnee Braves (Springfield, OH) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Milton-Union Bulldogs (West Milton, OH), by a final score of 3-1.

Next up, the Braves confront the Graham Local Falcons (St. Paris, OH) in a Central Buckeye - Mad River bout, on Tuesday, October 7. Shawnee will attempt to better on its 8-12 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 0-20 record after their 3-0 league loss to Northwestern (Springfield, OH).

With the loss, Milton-Union drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Northridge (Dayton, OH) to clash with the Polar Bears in a Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, October 7. The Polar Bears come into the bout with a record of 1-15. Northridge won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Trotwood-Madison (Trotwood, OH)
