In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Piper Bengals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Miramar Patriots.

The Bengals (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Pembroke Pines Charter (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 8-6 record.

The Patriots now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mater Academy Charter for a 6A District 15 test on Tuesday, October 7. Miramar will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Somerset Academy (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Lions record now stands at 10-3.
