Ohio High School Volleyball - Strasburg-Franklin can't hold off Northwestern

In Monday's non-league match, the Northwestern Huskies (West Salem, OH) volleyball squad tipped the host Strasburg-Franklin Tigers (Strasburg, OH), by a final score of 3-2.

Next up, the Huskies confront the Smithville Smithies (Smithville, OH) in a Wayne County match, on Tuesday, October 7. Northwestern will attempt to better on its 3-17 season record. The Smithies come into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH).

With the loss, Strasburg-Franklin drops to 12-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Conotton Valley (Bowerston, OH) to clash with the Rockets in a Inter Valley North match on Wednesday, October 8. The Rockets enter the match with a record of 16-3. Conotton Valley won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Wood County Christian (Williamstown, WV)
