The Warde Mustangs (Fairfield, CT) volleyball knocked off the visiting Staples Wreckers (Westport, CT), 3-1 in Monday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ludlowe for a Fairfield County contest on Wednesday, October 8. Warde will battle a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 10-2.

Next, the Wreckers battle the Ludlowe Falcons (Fairfield, CT) in a Fairfield County contest, on Friday, October 10. Staples will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 11-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Warde (Fairfield, CT).
