Kansas High School Football - Anderson County felled by Burlington

The Anderson County Bulldogs football team (Garnett, KS), was beaten 33-19 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Burlington Wildcats (Burlington, KS)

The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Osawatomie (Osawatomie, KS). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Osawatomie was beaten by Baldwin (Baldwin, KS), 42-14, in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Girard for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 14. Anderson County will meet a Trojans team coming off a 47-0 non-league win over Iola (Iola, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 6-0.
