Pennsylvania High School Football - Bangor topples Lehighton

October 7, 2022: Bangor, PA 18013

The Bangor Slaters (Bangor, PA) football defeated the visiting Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA), 32-6 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Slaters face the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) in a Colonial-Schuylkill bout, on Friday, October 14. Bangor will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 6-1 record after their 41-35 league win over Pottsville (Pottsville, PA).

The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their bout against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Spartans enter the Colonial-Schuylkill bout with a 6-1 record. In their last bout, Southern Lehigh defeated Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA), 42-7, in a league bout.
