The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Opelousas (Opelousas, LA). The Tigers come into the 4A District 5 game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Opelousas toppled New Iberia (New Iberia, LA), 40-21, in a non-league game.

The Gators now hold a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cecilia for a 4A District 5 game on Friday, October 14. Beau Chene will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 34-20 league win over Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-1.
