Colorado High School Football - D'Evelyn nips Bennett

In Friday's league match, the visiting D'Evelyn Jaguars football squad scored a close 66-64 victory over the Bennett Tigers.

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Wellington Eagles (Wellington, CO) in a 2A League 1 match, on Thursday, October 13. D'Evelyn will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 44-8 league win over Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO).

The Tigers (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Platte Valley (Kersey, CO). The Broncos enter the 2A League 1 match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Platte Valley held off Valley (Gilcrest, CO), 26-12, in a league match.
