North Carolina High School Football - Bishop McGuinness routed by Pine Lake Prep

October 7, 2022: Mooresville, NC 28115

In Friday's league game, the Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) football team smashed the visiting Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC), by a score of 49-14.

The Pride (7-0) will now prepare for their game against Carver (Winston-Salem, NC). The Yellowjackets come into the 1A/2A West Conference A game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Carver was ripped by Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC), 42-16, in a league game.

The Villains now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain Island Charter for a 1A/2A West Conference A game on Friday, October 14. Bishop McGuinness will battle a Raptor team coming off a 27-20 league loss to Christ the King (Huntersville, NC). The Raptor record now stands at 2-4.
