The Marion Bulldogs football squad scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Blanco Panthers to 6 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Llano for a 3A-1 Region IV District 13 battle on Friday, October 14. Marion will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 21-14 league win over Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-0.
