The Brighton Cardinals football squad scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Kingsbury Falcons to 8 in the Cardinals league victory on Friday.
The Cardinals now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dyer County for a 5A Region 8 battle on Friday, October 21.
Coming up next, the Falcons face the Cordova Wolves (Cordova, TN) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 13. Kingsbury will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Wolves enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 38-0 league loss to Bartlett (Bartlett, TN).
