Virginia High School Football - Buckingham overwhelms Randolph-Henry

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) and the host Randolph-Henry Statesmen (Charlotte Court House, VA), observed Buckingham's football squad bounce Randolph-Henry by a count of 41-0.

The Knights now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Nottoway for a James River contest on Thursday, October 13. Buckingham will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 15-14 league loss to Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-4.

Coming up next, the Statesmen encounter the Arcadia Firebirds (Oak Hall, VA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 14. Randolph-Henry will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Firebirds go into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 42-0 non-league loss to Bruton (Williamsburg, VA).
