Nebraska High School Football - Cedar Bluffs trounced by Shelby-Rising City

The Shelby-Rising City Huskies walloped the visiting Cedar Bluffs Wildcats football team by a count of 62-6 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Shelby-Rising City upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Huskies host Cross County (Stromsburg, NE) to clash with the Cougars in a D1 District 3 (8 Man) match on Friday, October 14. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 7-0. Cross County won 30-28 in their recent league match against Clarkson/Leigh (Clarkson, NE)

The Wildcats (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Twin River (Genoa, NE). The Titans enter the D1 District 3 (8 Man) match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Twin River routed Madison (Madison, NE), 44-18, in a league match.
