The Tolar Rattlers football squad scored 16 points and limited the host Coleman Bluecats to 6 in the Rattlers league win on Friday.

The Rattlers now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they host De Leon for a 2A-1 Region II District 5 battle on Friday, October 14. Tolar will play a Bearcats squad coming off a 35-21 league loss to San Saba (San Saba, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 4-3.

Coming up next, the Bluecats play the Hamilton Bulldogs (Hamilton, TX) in a 2A-1 Region II District 5 battle, on Friday, October 14. Coleman will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 56-7 league loss to Tolar (Tolar, TX).
