In Friday's non-league match, the host Northwestern Wildcats football squad scored a good 20-0 victory over the Conneaut Area Eagles.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 match, on Saturday, October 15. Northwestern will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 7-0 record after their 35-18 non-league win over Saegertown (Saegertown, PA).
The Eagles (0-7) will now prepare for their match against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers enter the District 10 Region 5 match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Oil City ran past Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA), 38-21, in a non-league match.
