The Cuba Rams football team (Cuba, NM), was tipped 28-26 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM)
The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Newcomb (Newcomb, NM). The Skyhawks come into the 3A District 1 challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Newcomb was tipped by Thoreau (Thoreau, NM), 14-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Thoreau for a 3A District 5 challenge on Friday, October 14. Cuba will meet a Hawks team coming off a 14-6 non-league win over Newcomb (Newcomb, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 5-2.
