Texas High School Football - Pewitt felled by De Kalb

In Friday's league game, the De Kalb Bears (De Kalb, TX) football team were victorious over the host Pewitt Brahmas (Omaha, TX), by a score of 39-27.

The Bears (7-1) will now prepare for their game against Prairiland (Pattonville, TX). The Patriots come into the 3A-2 Region III District 10 game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Prairiland knocked off Redwater (Redwater, TX), 28-16, in a league match.

The Brahmas (0-7) will now prepare for their match against New Boston (New Boston, TX). The Lions enter the 3A-2 Region III District 10 match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, New Boston dropped by De Kalb (De Kalb, TX), 30-12, in a league match.
