In Friday's league game, the Las Vegas Wildcats (Las Vegas, NV) football team smashed the host Durango Trailblazers (Las Vegas, NV), by a score of 49-15.

The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Miners come into the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Bishop Manogue overwhelmed Carson (Carson City, NV), 77-28, in a league game.

The Trailblazers now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Basic for a 4A Mountain game on Friday, October 14. Durango will meet a Wolves team coming off a 55-6 league win over Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV). The Wolves record now stands at 6-2.
