The Skowhegan River Hawks (Skowhegan, ME) football routed the host Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME), 49-14 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the River Hawks face the Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 14. Skowhegan will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 44-7 non-league win over Windham (Windham, ME).
The Red Eddies (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against Bangor (Bangor, ME). The Rams enter the A bout with a 0-6 record. In their last bout, Bangor was overwhelmed by Scarborough (Scarborough, ME), 51-24, in a league bout.
