California High School Football - Torrance knocks off El Segundo

The Torrance Tartars football squad scored 35 points and limited the host El Segundo Eagles to 21 in the Tartars league win on Friday.

The Tartars now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to North for a Pioneer battle on Friday, October 14. Torrance will play a Saxons squad coming off a 53-0 league win over South (Torrance, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 6-1.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the West Warriors (Torrance, CA) in a Pioneer battle, on Friday, October 14. El Segundo will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 26-0 league loss to Lawndale (Lawndale, CA).
