Colorado High School Football - Peyton trounces Ellicott

October 7, 2022: Peyton, CO 80831

In Friday's league match, the host Peyton Panthers football squad scored a big 51-6 victory over the Ellicott Thunderhawks.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Rye Thunderbolts (Rye, CO) in a 1A League 3 match, on Friday, October 14. Peyton will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Thunderbolts enter the match with a 5-1 record after their 31-29 league win over Colorado Springs Christian (Colorado Springs, CO).

The Thunderhawks (0-6) will now prepare for their match against Rocky Ford (Rocky Ford, CO). The Meloneers enter the 1A League 3 match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, Rocky Ford was crushed by Banning Lewis Academy (Colorado Springs, CO), 52-12, in a league match.
