In Friday's league match, the visiting Grant Generals football squad scored a big 35-0 victory over the Franklin Quakers.
In their next game, the Generals clash with the Cleveland Warriors (Portland, OR) in a 6A Portland match, on Thursday, October 13. Grant will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 16-15 league win over McDaniel (Portland, OR).
The Quakers (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Jefferson (Portland, OR). The Democrats enter the 6A Portland match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Jefferson routed Wells (Portland, OR), 26-14, in a league match.
