Washington High School Football - Highline overwhelms Jefferson

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) and the visiting Jefferson Raiders (Auburn, WA), observed Highline's football squad bounce Jefferson by a tally of 52-0.

The Pirates now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Lindbergh for a 2A KingCo contest on Friday, October 14. Highline will play a Eagles squad coming off a 33-28 league win over Sammamish (Bellevue, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.

Coming up next, the Raiders play the Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA) in a 3A North Puget Sound contest, on Friday, October 14. Jefferson will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Royals go into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 56-13 league win over Auburn (Auburn, WA).
