Texas High School Football - Water Valley tipped by Iraan

The Water Valley Wildcats football team (Water Valley, TX), was tipped 10-8 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Iraan Braves (Iraan, TX)

The Braves (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wink (Wink, TX). The Wildcats come into the 2A-2 Region II District 5 challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Wink nipped Eldorado (Eldorado, TX), 49-7, in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to McCamey for a 2A-2 Region II District 5 challenge on Friday, October 14. Water Valley will meet a Badgers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy (Midland, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 5-1.
