Michigan High School Football - Milan defeats Jefferson

In Friday's league match, the visiting Milan Big Reds football squad scored a good 48-28 victory over the Jefferson Bears.

In their next game, the Big Reds clash with the Airport Jets (Carleton, MI) in a Huron match, on Friday, October 14. Milan will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Jets enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 18-13 league loss to Riverview (Riverview, MI).

The Bears (1-6) will now prepare for their match against St. Mary Catholic Central (Monroe, MI). The Falcons/Kestrels enter the Huron match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, St. Mary Catholic Central dropped by Huron (New Boston, MI), 33-6, in a league match.
