The Madison Plains Golden Eagles football team (London, OH), was beaten 35-13 in Friday's league challenge with the host Southeastern Local Trojans (South Charleston, OH)

The Trojans (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Cedarville (Cedarville, OH). The Indians come into the Ohio Heritage challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Cedarville was beaten by Greeneview (Jamestown, OH), 41-7, in a league challenge.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host Greenon for a Ohio Heritage challenge on Friday, October 14. Madison Plains will meet a Knights team coming off a 34-3 league win over Catholic Central (Springfield, OH). The Knights record now stands at 3-5.
