Nebraska High School Football - Maxwell tipped by Perkins County

The Maxwell Wildcats football team (Maxwell, NE), was tipped 24-18 in Friday's league challenge with the host Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE)

The Plainsmen (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE). The Irish come into the D1 District 10 (8 Man) challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Patrick's nipped Maxwell (Maxwell, NE), 67-16, in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Sutherland for a D1 District 10 (8 Man) challenge on Thursday, October 13. Maxwell will meet a Sailors team coming off a 52-12 league loss to Sandhills Valley (Stapleton, NE). The Sailors record now stands at 2-5.
