The Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) football routed the visiting Minneapolis Lions (Minneapolis, KS), 56-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Thunder face the Riley County Falcons (Riley, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 14. Nemaha Central will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Falcons enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 44-3 non-league win over Horton (Horton, KS).

The Lions (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Remington (Whitewater, KS). The Broncos enter the non-league bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Remington was crushed by Sedgwick (Sedgwick, KS), 62-20, in a non-league bout.
