New Jersey High School Football - Westwood trounces NV - Demarest

In Friday's non-league match, the host Westwood Cardinals football squad scored a big 41-6 victory over the NV - Demarest Norsemen.

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Lakeland Regional Lancers (Wanaque, NJ) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 14. Westwood will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Lancers enter the match with a 1-5 record after their 34-28 league loss to Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ).

The Norsemen (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Bergenfield (Bergenfield, NJ). The Bears enter the Super - Patriot Blue match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Bergenfield was crushed by Paramus (Paramus, NJ), 14-0, in a league match.
